"Mr. Ke Bunthoeurn is Director of Technology Transfer Department at the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology &Innovation (MISTI). Before joining with MISTI, he has more than 14 years of practical experiences in program management, training, and legal research. He was a Consultant (Legal Expert)-Research and Analysis for the Project Childhood at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) where it has networked among project State members in Mekong Sub-region, shared information related to the crimes, legal issues and mutual legal assistance each other. Moreover, he was also a Director of Public Relation and International Cooperation Department, and Director of Legal Research, Publication, and Dissemination Department at The Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
He also served as Senior Program Officer for Law Program at The Asia Foundation, where he was responsible for technical assistance and grant management for grantees. Mr. Bunthoeurn worked with the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to provide legal training to the Royal Academy for Judicial Professions, the official body responsible for training all judges and prosecutors in Cambodia. He was a part-time lecturer on civil and criminal matters, media law, public and private international law, and human rights at the National University of Management, University of Cambodia and various universities."
