Jung-In Lee is a Principal Researcher at the Foundation of Agri. Tech. Commercialization & Transfer(FACT), in charge of research and business development in sustainable environmental field.
He worked as a climate change expert at the Korea Environmental Institute(KEI), researching Climate Change Policy and developing ETS NAPs.
He was a member of the Forest Carbon Offset Certification Committee of the Korea Forestry Promotion Institute(KOFPI), and has served as a CDM Technical Expert at the Korea Foundation for Quality(KFQ) and Korea Energy Agency(KEA).
He worked as a chief at Seoul and Gyeonggi Agri-food startup Centers respectively, which give comprehensive support to agrifood and environmental startup businesses in those regions.
Since then, he has been giving lectures and consultation on sustainable venture businesses not only for domestic ones but also those in Southeast Asia such as Myanmar, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Thailand. Recently, he has joined in the Rural Development Administration and develops a new business “care farming” that contributes in improving people’s general health and quality of life, while promoting sustainable development of agricultural and rural areas.
