Waste to Wealth (W2W) strives to enhance environmental awareness and action-based taken especially in tackling community food waste issues which we provide a circular economy practice among the communities. We collaborate to recycle the food waste generated among the communities through black soldier flies composting in an edible garden. The products such as organic compost, black soldier fly larvae, and then sold to respective stakeholders. The compost can rejuvenate and recycle the nutrients back to the soil, while the black soldier flies’ larvae can be a wise choice for the poultry feeding where these larvae are a good source of protein. This project can be expanded to other communities or even bigger stakeholders such as hotels, restaurants and many more.
