Our Project

Our project is to increase Khmer food production. We are going to cultivate Enoki mushroom by using agricultural wastes: coconut coir fiber as a mushroom substrate. Moreover, we are going to produce instant Enoki mushrooms which will be made in shape and size round such as crackers, and it can be eaten on their own or accompanied with other food items.

Our Products

Two types of products: Fresh and Instant Enoki mushroom

Fresh Enoki: organic vegetable which will be cultivated from coconut coir fiber.
Instant Enoki: dried Enoki, a brand new product in Cambodia.

Our Team

NOL Nith

She is a junior at Bioengineering, Faculty of Engineering, Royal University of Phnom Penh, as well as a junior at The University of Cambodia, majoring in English Language and Literature.
She used to do a research project related to Enoki mushroom cultivation at RUPP. Moreover, she used to study some business courses at UC.
She is a team leader, and interested in mushroom cultivation and business.

CHUON Lyket

He is a junior at Bioengineering , Faculty of Engineering, Royal University of Phnom Penh.
He used to do a research project related to Enoki mushroom cultivation at RUPP.
He is enthusiastic about Mushroom cultivation.

KEO Sereysonita

She is a junior at Bioengineering, Faculty of Engineering, Royal University of Phnom Penh.
She has experience in two food research projects: food regulation and food microorganism. she is also interested in business especially marketing.
In this project, she is a mushroom processor and marketing.

SOEUNG Sreynich

She is a junior at Bioengineering, Faculty of Engineering, Royal University of Phnom Penh.
She used to do a research project related to food processing, food regulation and cosmetic at RUPP.
In this project, she is an instant mushroom processor.

SENG Syneang

She is a junior at Bioengineering, Faculty of Engineering, Royal University of Phnom Penh.
Beside a bioengineering student, she is a creative person. She is enthusiastic about designing.
In this project, she is a designer especially packaging.
