Our project is to increase Khmer food production. We are going to cultivate Enoki mushroom by using agricultural wastes: coconut coir fiber as a mushroom substrate. Moreover, we are going to produce instant Enoki mushrooms which will be made in shape and size round such as crackers, and it can be eaten on their own or accompanied with other food items.
Two types of products: Fresh and Instant Enoki mushroom
Fresh Enoki: organic vegetable which will be cultivated from coconut coir fiber.
Instant Enoki: dried Enoki, a brand new product in Cambodia.
